Hilltops honey, our story
Hilltops Honey is owned and run by 3rd generation beekeeper Tony, his wife Jane & their family.
Beekeeping has always been a family affair, starting with Tony's grandfather Albert and his brother George Sibley, who used to pack up the family and follow the honey flow. Tony's father John started beekeeping after a long break and passed his love of bees on to Tony and his grandchildren Kelsey and Darcy.
In 1997, Tony and Jane started out with a handful of bee hives that laid the foundation for what is now a commercial apiary and business, Hilltops Honey. Jane and Tony work side by side to produce their farm gate honey, honey products and beeswax products to then sell in retail outlets, online and at boutique markets.
Based in Young, our passion takes us across country New South Wales to source quality, pure honey.
